Biography
Yamini Kundu is an Associate at Kostynuik & Greenside. She holds an Honours Bachelor’s in Mathematics and an LL.B. from the University of Delhi. During her time at the law school, Yamini actively participated in prestigious moot court competitions, including the K.K. Luthra Moot Court and the Rajiv Pandey All Delhi Moot Court.
Prior to joining Kostynuik & Greenside, Yamini practiced law in India for several years, gaining experience in civil, family, and criminal law. She was called to the Bar in 2022, after receiving accreditation from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in 2020. Following her call to the Bar, Yamini focused on personal injury law, where she represented plaintiffs, and employment law. At Kostynuik & Greenside, Yamini now concentrates on insurance defence litigation.
