Biography
Mr. Belanger is a partner at Kostyniuk & Greenside. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2002, after graduating from Osgoode Hall. Prior to law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology, at York University. He was called to the Bar in 2003. Mr. Belanger practices in all areas of insurance defence litigation, including personal injury, property damage, construction matters and motor vehicle accident benefits.
He has devoted his career to the resolution of disputes through mediation, arbitration and trial, on behalf of various insurance companies. In addition, Mr. Belanger is active in the legal community, being a member of the Toronto Law Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. Outside of the office, Mr. Belanger enjoys spending time with his two children, cooking, and travelling.
