Biography
Faria Zahir is a dual-qualified lawyer, called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and previously called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016. She holds an LL.B. from the University of London and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation.
Faria brings a diverse legal background, with experience in civil litigation, immigration law, and corporate advisory, having worked with law firms in Canada and Bangladesh. She completed her articles at Kostyniuk and Greenside and currently serves as an Associate at the firm, where she specializes in insurance defence litigation and accident benefits claims.
Outside of her legal practice, Faria enjoys cooking, reading, and travelling.
