

Biography
Ms. Cosentino is a partner with the firm. Ms. Cosentino obtained her law degree from Sydney University in Australia in 2009. She returned to Toronto and received accreditation from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2010 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2012. She worked as a plaintiffs’ lawyer for 2 years before joining Kostyniuk & Greenside in May 2014. Ms. Cosentino’s practice is now focused on insurance defence litigation which includes occupier’s liability cases, condominium and commercial building fire and flood losses, coverage opinions, medical malpractice, priority disputes, loss transfer disputes, class actions and product liability.She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeal Tribunal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Divisional Court. Her memberships include the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Defence Lawyers. Ms. Cosentino is involved with the student development program at the firm and co-chairs the firm’s Articling Program.
