Biography
Marim is an associate at Kostyniuk & Greenside, where she practices in the area of insurance defence with a focus on accident benefits and tort litigation. Prior to joining Kostyniuk & Greenside, Marim worked in a boutique firm in Toronto where she practiced in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, tax litigation, and estate litigation.
Marim has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Licence and Appeal Tribunal.
Marim received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in Archeology and Ancient Studies in 2013. She went on to obtain her LL.B. degree from Kent Law University in 2015. Subsequently, she received an LL.M. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016. Marim was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2019.
