Biography
Blake was called to the Ontario bar in June 2025. He completed his Canadian and American law degrees at the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy School of Law, after earning a double major in Honors Geography Earth Sciences and Political Science at McMaster University. Blake brings a diverse legal background, with experience in corporate commercial law, environmental law, and civil litigation. He serves as an associate at the firm, where he specializes in insurance defence litigation and accident benefits claims. Prior to joining Kostyniuk & Greenside Lawyers, Blake worked at a prominent mid-sized law firm in Vaughan, gaining experience in civil litigation and accident benefit matters. While in school, he was a student attorney at the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center. Outside of work, Blake enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time outdoors.Memberships
