Biography
Saksham earned his LL.M. in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University and was called to the Ontario Bar in March, 2024. As an Associate Lawyer at Kostyniuk & Greenside Lawyers, Saksham’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, with a particular emphasis on accident benefits claims, priority and loss disputes, coverage disputes, and bodily injury claims. He has represented clients before the License Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Small Claims Court in the defence of these matters.
