Biography
Antony Drake is an Associate at K&G. He joined the firm in 2025, after a decade representing plaintiffs, with a focus on personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Now he practices on the other side of the action, defending insurers and their insureds.
Having studied law at the University of Toronto, Antony was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. Educated first in science and medicine, he brings a first-hand understanding of the assessment of injuries and impairments to his work, where he now focuses on the defence of tort claims made by injured parties and no-fault Accident Benefits claims.
Antony has appeared in Superior Court and before various administrative tribunals, including the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Health Professions Appeal & Review Board, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
