Biography
Michael Silver is an associate at Kostyniuk & Greenside lawyers. His practice includes Accident Benefits and Tort matters. He has appeared on behalf of clients at various levels of court and tribunals, conducting several hearings and trials. Michael obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall law school in 2017, articled with Kostyniuk & Greenside, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2018. Michael has practiced exclusively in insurance defence litigation, with Kostyniuk & Greenside and internally with a large insurer.
