Biography
Camilla Oblak is an Associate at Kostyniuk & Greenside. Camilla obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in 2016, she began working at Kostyniuk & Greenside as support staff taking on numerous positions at the firm. During her time at Kostyniuk & Greenside, she developed a passion for law and was inspired to pursue a legal career as a lawyer.
Camilla attended law school at the University of Birmingham where she obtained her LLB. During law school, she was a member of the Pro Bono Group, where she volunteered at a Legal Aid Office assisting with immigration and asylum disputes during the height of Brexit. Camilla returned to work at Kostyniuk and Greenside following the completion of her studies as an articling student and was called to the bar in 2023.
Camilla practices primarily in insurance defence litigation and accident benefit claims. She represents clients at both the License Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat Clementine.
