Biography
Jeffrey Pasternak received an Honours degree from the University of Guelph in Criminal Justice and Public Policy and then obtained a LL.B. from City University Law School in London, England. Jeff was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after completing his articles with Kostyniuk & Greenside. Jeff’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defence litigation, including personal injury, occupier’s liability and property claims. He advocates for clients at various levels of Ontario courts including the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. Jeff is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Canadian Defense Lawyers.
