Biography
Mr. Kostyniuk practices law at Kostyniuk & Greenside in Toronto. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1977 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1979. Mr. Kostyniuk became a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation in 1992. In 2010, Mr. Kostyniuk served as President of the Toronto Lawyers Association. Mr. Kostyniuk is also a past chair of the Bar Dispute Resolution Group Forum. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and Toronto Lawyers Association, and he has concentrated in the area of insurance law since his call to the Bar. He appears regularly as counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants at mediations and arbitrations, and also acts as counsel in Court proceedings throughout Ontario.
