Biography
Mitchell Hajnal is an Associate at Kostyniuk & Greenside. Mr. Hajnal practices exclusively in the area of insurance defence litigation, representing insurers and their insureds on a variety of claims including, professional negligence, subrogation, property loss, and statutory accident benefit disputes before the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Prior to joining Kostyniuk & Greenside, Mr. Hajnal worked at a prominent mid-sized law firm downtown Toronto.Bar Admissions
