About Us

Kostyniuk & Greenside Lawyers offers prospective students the opportunity to article in a fast-paced law firm that focuses on civil litigation.  Our articling program is tailored to help students build critical skills necessary to successfully launch their legal careers.

The Tools to Help You Succeed

We appreciate that the articling experience represents a bridge between academia and the practice of law. Kostyniuk & Greenside’s articling program is structured to ensure that students are provided with the resources that they will need to succeed. Articling students may expect to work for various lawyers within the firm while also being paired with an associate mentor.

Work that Matters

Students can expect exposure to all elements of a modern civil litigation practice.  You will be expected to assume a variety of duties such as drafting pleadings, correspondence, motion records, mediation and pre-trial memoranda, independently attend motions, assist with arbitration hearings and trials, and routinely research case law and legislation.  You will be counted upon to provide valuable work and make a positive impact for the firm’s clients.

A Place to Grow

We are proud of our firm’s history as trial lawyers and we continue to grow.  We look to our articling program as part of the firm’s promising future while noting that many of our current lawyers articled with the firm.
